Box filters, also known as combined air filters, V-filters, and W-type air filters, are air filters with large load rates, suitable for constant airflow and variable airflow systems. Mainly used in central air conditioning, purification air conditioning, dust collector and other air purification equipment terminal air filtration.
"V" series is a large-load air filter, suitable for constant airflow and variable airflow systems; this series of products consists of multiple non-clapboard filter elements, which are installed in plastic-sprayed galvanized steel plate or ABS box. Compared with ordinary filters, the number of filter materials is greatly increased. In the installation of the existing system, the larger filter area ensures lower pressure loss, thus reducing energy loss and saving operating costs.
The box filter is made of superfine polypropylene fiber, waterproof, separated by continuous thermoplastic, and arranged in a very compact polystyrene support frame in a W-shape. In a limited space, the area of the filter material is greatly increased; the composite medium-efficiency filter is thin and has a simple structure. The structure is firm, the pressure drop is limited, and the fan energy consumption is limited.
The box filter has a good filtration efficiency for fine particles, mainly trapping 0.3um air dust particles. The maximum air volume of the combined unbaffled filter can reach 4200 m3/h, mainly in the environment of large air volume.
