Routine maintenance of air filter equipment

The air filter equipment has two types of driving force and no power. The built-in air filter filters the dust and bacteria in the air, and then sends it to the place where the air quality is strictly controlled. Common air filter equipment includes air shower room, air shower transmission window, fresh air cabinet, purification air conditioner, central air conditioner, ultra-clean workbench, FFU, clean shed, air supply outlet, etc.
1. The filter house shall be maintained daily by an in-house operator. Windows and doors shall be separated by colored steel plates. Wash with a clean long fiber towel.
2. When cleaning, use a vacuum cleaner to clean all corners of the air filter, and if necessary, use a long fiber towel to scrub. The electronic control switch should be cleaned with long fiber cloth soaked in alcohol (ethanol, butanol) or carbon tetrachloride.
3. During cleaning, if white spots or rust spots on aluminum alloy are found around the floor drain, chemical or mechanical methods should be used to clean up.
4. Part of the damaged surface of the wall surface and cylindrical waterproof imitation porcelain materials shall be modified in the near future to avoid moisture absorption and corrosion.
5. The electrician should regularly check the insulation status of the indoor circuit, the leakage and aging status of the surrounding eight-side seals.
6. The maintenance personnel shall check the air duct method blue and air valve method blue on the upper part of the ceiling on time every month, as well as whether the air duct is unsalable and leaking, the air duct insulation layer is free from defects, and the electrical circuit and lighting plate are sealed free from defects.
7. Lighting aging shall be replaced from the upper part of the ceiling panel. After replacement, the dust around the board should be eradicated and sealed with tape.
8. The overall staff of the air filter should pay attention to maintaining the integrity of the air filter, adhere to its appearance when using it, separate the flow of people and logistics, and avoid cross-contamination.
9. Assuming that the dust content is not qualified, replace the filter in time. Assuming other nonconformities, check the air conditioning purification system and piping for maintenance.
Common air filter equipment in each clean section filter replacement time and cycle:
1, the first effect of the male device: generally 4-8 weeks to replace once, when the pressure difference value is greater than 250Pa, must be replaced;
2. Medium-efficiency filter: generally replace once every 7-9 weeks, when the pressure difference is greater than 330P, it must be replaced;
3, sub-filter: generally 5-6 months to replace once, when the pressure difference is greater than 400P, must be replaced;
4, filter: generally 1-2 years to replace once, when the pressure difference is greater than 450P, must be replaced;
5, super filter, the user by testing the cleanliness of the clean room to determine the use of time.
